About the Founder

Melvin L. Brisbone is a dynamic law enforcement professional with over 25 years of experience with the New Jersey State Police. In addition to his service with the State Police, he has been a Special Agent with the Criminal Investigation Division (United States Army) for 17 years. In this capacity, he has conducted federal criminal investigations and executive protection service. He has investigated violations of procurement, benefits, education, construction, and other fraud; cybercrime and identity theft; bribery, embezzlement, and conflicts of interest; drug offenses; crimes against children and violent crimes, many which have been solved with the assistance of polygraph examinations. He obtained a master’s degree in human resource counseling with a concentration in criminal justice which provided a further stable foundation in human relations and communication techniques.
